Whether helping people achieve their dream of buying their first home together whether it is a condo or a house where they will raise their families, helping people strategically buy or sell luxury property or helping people transition to smaller spaces as they get older, we are committed to guiding people through what is often a stressful, crisis riddled process with intelligence, integrity and deep commitment to outstanding service. We only work in San Francisco where we can offer an extremely high level of expertise. We do not work in the rental market at all.
  • History : Established in 2001. Chris’s dad owned investment properties and when he died suddenly, it was what kept the family afloat. So Chris knew from a young age, how powerful owning real estate can be. He began his career as a real estate agent in 2001 after deciding that being a corporate attorney in a large law firm was unfulfilling because he really wanted to help people in a way that made a positive difference in their lives. He is licensed as a broker agent. Karen (Chris’s wife) joined him in January 2003 after carefully assessing whether they could work together successfully without jeopardizing their personal relationship (it has worked like a charm so far!). We have been top producing Realtors at Zephyr since 2006, which means we’ve been helping a lot of people get to where they want to go and settle next. It is fun, fulfilling and an honor to be their guides. We were all thrilled when Cherie joined our team as our partner in August 2013 after almost 13 years in her own practice.

Business Owner By acting as advisors rather than salespeople, caring more about what’s best for our clients than “closing deals”, we (Karen & Chris) built a very loyal client base with 90% of our new clients introduced to us by our existing clients. Doing a great job for so many people meant that we worked 6 days a week for 10 years. We needed more balance to continue to serve our clients from a place of fulfillment; a partner who would be able to match our level of service to our clients and be just as committed as we were to ensuring that our clients’ experience was nothing less than extraordinary. A must for a business built entirely on word of mouth referrals. Enter Cherie. Already an agent for 13 years, we had known her personally and professionally for 6. Impressed by her integrity, passion, and superior standard of service – completely in line with our own approach – we invited her to join us. With the resulting synergy we have a team that can truly serve you at the highest level possible.
